Awesome service, best staff ever. Loved the place so much. Service was fast, servers were good and most importantly food was delicious.

Boston pizza was absolutely fantastic! Appetizers, pizza itself, the waitstaff? 5 stars. Would most definitely recommend popping in if you’re around!!

I dunno man. The white filling is supposed to be 7 different cheeses. I can't see it. Nor taste it. The sauce was ok but tastes just like jarred from the store really

Food is always blah and cold. Very low foot traffic here. Popular patio for summer time beers and FIFA finals.

This was possibly the worst meal I’ve ever had from a pizza joint. The yam fries were soaking wet and soggy, the pizza was cold and dry and we WAY over paid for it all. Oh yea, it took 1.5hrs to get to my place for delivery and I live 15 min away. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Horrible. The waitress did not give us our food or drinks but just left them om the end of our table for us to get, the food also took an hour to arrive and was served cold, finally the waitress then asked us to give the restaurant a 5 star google review for free desert, which I declined. But after all that when it came to the bill there was a tip included that was not disclosed and an option to pay for another tip, when I refused to pay for the tip included I was cursed at by the staff. DO NOT GO HERE

So in love with this place. There was a server, named Robin, he went far and beyond to provide the best service. Food was delicious, loved the pasta. Can’t wait to come back.

I'm a big fan of the atmosphere and every time we come in the staff are super cool about us playing card games before dinner!

I'm vegan so they accommodate me well plus they have some vegan specific.

Anytime I come here after 9, I'm always left waiting at the front for 5 mins picking up food before someone comes up. It's insane.

Organized a lunch for our youth soccer team. I was asked to send in the order ahead of time but they did not process it. I was told they were going to be very busy so I had to pre-order and could not get very many tables. The restaurant was empty and it took 1.5 hours to get through what was supposed to be a quick lunch

Good food and service. Liked the anbience of this place. 2 hours free parking for the customers. Clean washroom facilities. Good food and drinks option. it's very good!

Aside from one other person in the bar the restaurant was empty but somehow they only had one coffee cup available, so the server brought the coffee to my husband in a glass up. Server was good, very friendly, food was ok; Chicken strips in taco's seemed a bit old but it was still edible.

Good place for hanging out with your friends. Food is ok, this particular place is usually never busy.. makes you wonder how they staying open.. the patio is good specially summer time

Always seem to have the speakers playing loud music on the weekends. I walk past it often and it’s very annoying to be in the area. Doesn’t matter if it’s raining or no one is on their patio. I’d give them a higher rating if there was an event or reason for such loud broadcasting. Food is okay. They have good pizzas and drinks. And service is friendly.

Went to dinner here and had an amazing experience. Food was delicious, service was quick and ambience was neat and clean. We ordered pizzas and drinks along with appetizers. Jess was great. The patio has an underrated view of downtown Vancouver. Can’t wait to go back.

I personally think that Boston Pizza is the best Restaurant in Metro Vancouver in terms of their wide variety of choices in the menu, ranging from handhelds to pastas, and salads to bowls, and because of that, I am a frequent customer of BP, either online order and pick up or in store. This location is especially 5-star to me because of the deals offered (which I did not see in the other BP locations) such as free second Pizza when you order a medium or large one. The interesting point is that I have never walked out unhappy after having a meal in BP. Other than some occasional delays in food preparation, which is understandable and depends on how busy the store is, I have never experienced any issues with the servers over the past 3 years. There is only one small criticism about the grilled chicken added to salads or pastas. Sometimes they did not seem fresh and juicy to me so I think this could be improved.

Thank you for operating a great BP!! Food and service are good!! Keep up the good work. Definitely check this place out any day of the week, and most definitely Sundays (Magician night)! Get a Boston Bellini and enjoy the world class magic show right at your table. The Hawaiian pizza was spot on and couldn't be better. The burger was ok, but would be better if the patty was made in house and not a commercial off the shelf patty, Brown's burger is a good example to use as a benchmark as it's amazing. The Caesar salad had too much dressing, cut back and it'll be great. I still recommend this BP!

This place is great for birthday parties! The staff are always super friendly and are great with kids.

Unfortunately, the place that used to be well- know for a great service, good meal and reasonable prices turned into a complete disappointment. If you are thinking of spending a Saturday night with your family and friends, you would better not consider Boston Pizza at 88 Chesterfield Ave in North Vancouver at all. The old standards are lost and forgotten. Customer's enjoyment and pleasure are not the priority for the restaurant's owners and staff anymore.

Excellent service from Joshua!!. We are eating less, so we were looking for salad and a small appetizer and we got dry ribs and California chicken salad and Mediterranean chicken salad.All delicious and fast and well presented!!!Sad that my pic was taken after I mixed all my California salad ingredients, because it was as gorgeously presented.Cider and Heineken were great!!!Love to go back again!!!nb
